Thank Na Kupuna for five things present in your life to shift your thoughts and heart into Gratitude to be Pono again. Do this exercise once daily, preferably in the morning, and any time you find the situation you’re in perplexing, irritating, annoying, etc. You must name five different things every time you do this exercise … so it is most effective if you practice this exercise often. Not a bad way to work on Knowing Thyself.
